8 oz. pkg choc. chips (milk choc. preferred)
1 T. butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk.
Add ½ cup nuts if desired.

Melt over warm water. (update:...or microwave can be used). Stir in nuts.
 

Fudge Bars


Ingredients:

1 1/8 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ cup brown sugar
2 5/8 cup flour
2 5/8 cup oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Pat ½ or a little more of oatmeal mixture into bottom of 10” x 13” pan.
Pour evenly the chocolate chip mixture over top.
Pat the other ½ of oatmeal mixture on top of chocolate mixture.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 min. or until light brown.
