Ingredients:

Heat to 120-130:
1 C water
C oil
Put in large bowl

Add:
1 C flour
C sugar
2 Tsp salt
2 pkg yeast
2 eggs
mix until moist, beat 2 minutes at medium

By hand stir in 2 C - 3 C flour to make stiff batter

Cover, let rise until double

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and sprinkle with cornmeal two 8 x 4" loaf pans.

Stir dough down (beat vigorously 30 seconds)

Spoon into pans, cover, let rise in warm place until double in size.

Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes until loaf sounds hollow when lightly tapped.

Remove and cool
