3 Med cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
½ Tsp salt
½ C finely chopped green onions
1 TAB white vinegar
Dash white pepper
¼ C light sour cream

Directions:
Sprinkle cucumbers with salt. Let stand for 15 minutes
Drain liquid.

Add onions, vinegar and pepper.

Just before service, stir in sour cream
