1½ cups butter
2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
¾ tsp. pepper
¾ tsp.sage
¾ tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of celery soup
2 soup cans hot water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
3 eggs, beaten
1½ lb. loaf dried bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Add seasonings, soup. water, and bouillon. ( May use turkey broth) Cool. Add beaten eggs. Mix well with dried bread cubes. Put dressing in buttered 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
