2 packages of 8 oz. cream cheese, preferably Philadelphia Cream cheese, softened...
1/2cup sugar...
1/2 t vanilla...
2 eggs...
1 Keebler Ready Crust graham cracker crust, 9 inch....
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º....
Beat the 2 packages, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended...
Add eggs, beat until just blended....
Pour into crust..Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set....Cool.....refrigerate for 3 hours, I prefer 4 hours in refrigerator...

Now, may I say....topping this cheese cake with fresh fruit is the finishing touch...
I use fresh strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or blueberries...
Try smashing about a1/3 cup of berries, add sugar, if needed, put whole berries in the syrup of smashed berries and top off each slice of the cheese cake....really good...
