1 lb. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. sweet pickle relish, undrained
2 dozen boiled eggs
1 qt. salad dressing
1/8 c. mustard
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni according to package directions, but don't overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water several times until macaroni is cold. Drain well. Mix salad dressing, mustard, sugar and vinegar. Add pickles and eggs to dressing mixture. Add macaroni. Stir well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
