1 cup flour
1/3 cup confectionary sugar
1/3 cup butter

FILLING:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups finely chopped or frozen rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a bowl, combine flour & sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs

Press into the bottom of a greased 11 x 7 baking pan.Bake 12 minutes.

Make filling:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.

Stir in rhubarb

Pour over warm crust. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until tooth pick inserted into center comes out clean,

Cool on a rack. Serve warm or cool.
