2 eggs, beaten until light and fluffy
20 oz can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup nuts

Frosting:
1 3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix by hand. Do not use mixer.
Stir in 1 cup nuts
Bake in ungreased 13 x 9 pan at 350º for 35 minutes.

Frosting:
Cream together first 3 ingredients then add 2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Beat smooth
Ground nuts on top.

This recipe and the Chocolate Cherry Cake are the two recipes that I have made the most. Everyone seems to like them.
