15 pounds of tomatoes
6 large green peppers
1+1/2 pounds onions

1/3 cup canning salt
2 oz. mustard seeds
6 cups sugar scant
3 cups vinegar

additional 1/3 cup canning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald & peeltomatoes.

Put all thru a chopper (or grinder or food processor). Let drain overnight

Mix salt, mustard seeds, sugar & vinegar & stir until dissolved.

Stir into vegetables. Keep in cool place.

Put more salt over vegetables & let stand 10 minutes then pour off juice.

Put into jars & refrigerate
