1 bag Success rice
4 lean pork chops
PAM cooking spray
salt & pepper to taste
4 slices onion
1+1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup ketchup1 TB Guiden's brown mustard
1 packets instant beef broth or bouillon cubes
1/2 cup raisins
1 TB cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions. drain & keep warm

Season porkchops to taste

Spray 10" skillet with PAM & brown pork chops on both sides.remove from skillet & set aside

Stir in onions& saute until translucent; Add 1 cup apple juice, ketchup, mustard & broth

Mix well. Return chops to skillet & add raisins.

Cover & simmer 40-45 minutes or until chops are fork tender.

To serve, place pork chops on top of rice. Mix cornstarch with left over apple juice & stir into sauce in skillet. Bring to a boil then pour over the pork chops
