1 bag of Success rice
1 pound round steak, trimmed & thinly sliced
PAM cooking spray
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup water
2 TB soy sauce
2 TB sherry or water
1 TB brown sugar
1 TB lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 TB honey
1 TB Guiden's brown mustard
1/2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions. Drain & keep warm

Spray skillet into 10" skillet.

Saute steak strips, a few pieces at a time, until all are browned.

Add all the rest of the ingredients , except cornstarch, into skillet Mix well.

Cover & simmer over medium low heat for 20 minutes.

Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of water & stir into meat mixture.

Continue to simmer until it thickens.

Serve over the rice
