1 medium onion, minced or 1 TB onion flakes
1 small green pepper or 1 TB pepper flakes
2 TB brown sugar
2 TB French's mustard
1 TB French's Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a saucepan & simmer for 20 minutes

Baste onto ribs

Roast 3 pounds of spare ribs in very hot (500º) oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325º & roast for 1+1/2 hours. Last half hour, baste with sauce & serve more sauce onthe side
