Rice Cooked 1 cup - 1/2 Cup of uncooked Rice and 1.5 Cups of Water
Peppers 1/2 (Red or Yellow)
Peas, 1/2 Cup
Sweetcorn 1/2 Cup
Half Cup of precooked Sausage

Sauce
1Tbsp of Soy sauce
1 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
2Tbsp of Tomato ketchup

Garnish with Dill

Directions:
Place all of the sauce ingredients together in a small dish and mix well. Put to one side

Next Cook the Rice for the recommended time ( depends on the type used), Basmati- 12-15 Minutes in seasoned Water. Once Cooked let it cool down.

Now start to chop/prep your veggies. Measure out the sweetcorn and peas and put into bowl- leave to the side for the moment

Next, chop the Peppers using the Claw technique. Put the Peppers into the same bowl as the Peas and Sweetcorn

Next using the frying pan with a 1 Tbsp of Oil Put the Rice-Veggies-sausage-and sauce in. Stir it well- If it becomes very dry add 2Tbsp of water to help soften it again.

Fry it for 5-8 Minutes- Serve with a side salad
