Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can frozen limeade or Margarita mix concentrate
1 Tsp. salt
3 cans of water (or what the recipe on the can advises)
2 cups of tequila
1 cup triple sec
1 cup ice
Lime wedges, hot sauce and sea salt for garnish
3-4 "pony" bottles of Corona, or roughly 7 oz. per serving (Bud Light Lime isn't bad either.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine limeade, salt, water, tequila, triple sec and ice in a blender and blend until ice is crushed. Meanwhile, combine salt with a couple dashes of hot sauce on a shallow plate. Dip glasses in water, then in salt mixture to coat the rims. Tip Corona pony upside down into glass and leave that, plus a lime wedge, as garnish. (Or just add the Corona and mix it up with a stirrer.) Enjoy while wearing pajama pants and an improvised face mask in your back yard and yelling at the neighbors at 9am because time no longer matters.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I met my fiancé in 2014 when he was an attorney and I was a witness in a federal jury trial, and the story goes mostly downhill from that point. On our first date which was actually a date (because the FIRST first one might have involved testifying in front of a state senator), he suggested Applebee's for Coronaritas, and the shooting range. I think he was calling my bluff, but we did both, and then read some deposition transcripts. I feel like a Coronarita recipe must be included in this cookbook as we are forced to stay inside and watch Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives marathons on The Food Network.
