3 cups all purpose flour, stirred before measuring
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 TB cooking oil
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup sweet or English style Orange marmalade
3/4 milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.

Into a large bowl, sift together flour, powder,& salt.

Stir in nuts

Combine eggs, oil, honey, marmelade & milk.Blend well

Add to flour mixture; stir only until flour is well moistened - batter will be lumpy.

Turn batter into prepared pan.

Bake 65 to 70 minutes or until lightly browned
