1/2 tsp each salt & garlic sauce
2+1/2 tsp chili powder, divided
1 rolled & tied boneless pork top loin roast (about 4 pounds)
1 cup apple jelly
1 cup ketchup
2 TB apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

In small bowl, combine salt, garlic salt, & half the chili powder.

Rub onto roast.

Place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.

Roast in oven about 2 hours until meat thermometer reaches 170º.

Meanwhile in medium saucepan, combine jelly, ketchup, vinegar & remaining 2 tsp chili powder.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer , uncovered, 2 minutes then set aside.

Aproximately 15 minutes befor roast is done, brush some of the jelly mixture on top

When roast is done, remove from oven & let stand 10 minutes before carving.

Mix drippings with renaining jelly mixture & stir, Serve sauce with the carved roast,
