1 lb ground beef, mix it in bowl with 1 or 2 eggs, some milk, mix in one or two bags of your favorite cheese (I used to do it with shredded cheddar, I now shred some jalepno or jack cheese and mix it in. Cook same as your would cook any meatloaf dish in the oven. I like to cook till I see some browning (my favorite). When done, it should be moist and awesome. If it comes out dry, then you left in the oven too long.
