6 pounds pork spare ribs
1=1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1+1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cut the ribs up (at each bone). Place with meaty side up on racks in 2 greased 13 x 9 baking pans. Cover tightly with foil. for 1+1/4 hours or until meat is tender.

Drain the fat & remove the racks, & return ribs to the pan.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients & then pour over the ribs.

Return to the oven & bake, uncovered for 35 minutes. Baste with the sauce occassionally.

Ribs can be grilled for the final 35 minutes instead of baking
