4 cups cooked rice (1+1/2 cup RAW)
2 medium onions, DICED
1+1/2 pound hamburger
4 TB chopped parsley
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 TB soy sauce
sprinkle of garlic salt
8 medium to large green (Bell) peppers
1 - 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350º

Brown hamburger & onions in medium skillet. pour off excess grease if needed. When meat is nearly browned & onions are tender, add in the parsley, cheese, soy sauce, & garlic salt. Let simmer for a while

Cut the tops off the peppers & clean them out. The part cut off can be diced & cooked with the meat & onions if you prep the peppers first.

Pour enough spaghetti sauce into a pan (large enough to hold all the peppers ) to cover the bottom.

In a large bowl mix rice & meat mixture & stuff the peppers gently but firmly.

Set the peppers into the pan & cover everything with the remaining sauce.

Cover with aluminum foil & bake 45 - 60 minutes.
