1 large onion, chopped
1 medium pepper, chopped
pinch of oregano
garlic cloves
half a bay leaf
pound of ground beef
can of tomatoe sauce
cup of olives, sliced & a little juice
1/4 cup raisins
white cooking wine to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cook onion, peppers & garlic until tender. Add seasonings.

Add meat & brown a little.

Pour in the remaining ingredients, cover & simmer for a while

Serve over rice
