2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1+1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp lemon peel
Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 eggs until light & lemon colored.

Add sugar gradually, beating constantly. Add corn syrup, milk, cream, lemon juice& peel. Mix well

Freeze until firm. Turn out into a chilled bowl & beat until light.

Return to freezing tray & freeze until firm
