1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2+1/2 cups blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Grease well a 12 cup muffin tin

Preheat oven to 375º

In a large bowl with mixer on medium speed, cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Combine flour, baking powder & salt.

Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk & vanilla.

Crush 1/2 cup blueberries & add to the batter.

Gently Fold the remaining berries into the batter

Spoon batter into tins & sprinkle coarse sugar on top

Bake 30 minutes then cool on a wire rack
