2 tbsp. oil
2 cups celery, diced
2 cups beef or chicken broth
1 tbsp. kitchen bouquet brown sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
2 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 cups cooked beef or chicken
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in deep skillet, add celery and cook 5 minutes. Stir in broth, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, sugar, brown sauce, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Add to vegetable mixture and stir until thick. Add meat and heat through. Serve with rice and chow mein noodles.
