Bottom Layer:

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. butter (no substitutions)
10 oz. cherry baking chips
1 tsp. vanilla


Top layer:

12 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. crushed, salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, marshmallows and butter in sauce pan. Bring to boil over med. heat. Stir always. Turn heat down to med. low. Allow to boil for 5-6 more minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and cherry chips. Put into greased 9x13 pan. Let cool. Melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter. Add 1 c. crushed peanuts (no shells). Pour over bottom layer. Chill. Cut into squares.
