BBQ sauce of your choice
Yellow mustard
1 Rack of ribs
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp pepper
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF with rack in the middle.
2. Mix all dry ingredients & set aside.
3. Trim ribs & pat dry. Squeeze lemon juice over meat & rub in. Pat dry & thinly baste on yellow mustard.
4. Work run onto ribs until fully coated on all sides. Place meat side down on roasting tray & cover with foil (shiny side out). Bake for 2.5 hours.
5. Take out of oven & drain liquid. Baste bone side w/ bbq sauce. Broil for 5 minutes.
6. Take out, flip over & baste meat side w/ bbq sauce. Broil for 5 mins.
7. Let cool, then devour.
