1 c. melted butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
12 c. bread crumbs or cubes
1 1/2 c. celery, stalk and leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. dried sage
Chicken broth to moisten bread

Directions:
Heat broth and add butter; pour over other ingredients. Stuff into chicken or turkey, or bake in casserole dish. Makes 3 qt. for a 12 lb. turkey.
