Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Bag of bread cubes (seasoned)
Ground sausage
1/2 cup of onions, chopped
1/2 cup of celery, chopped
1 stick of butter or margarine
1 egg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 - G. Washington bullion cubes (or chicken bouillon cubes)
1/2 - 3/4 cup of boiled water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, pour the boiled water slowly over the bread cubes. Careful not to make the bread cubes mushy.
Add the boilion (I actually like to dissolve the bullion in the boiled water and then pour it over the cubes). Saute the onions, celery in the butter until softened. Add to the bread cubes. Fry the ground sausage until fully cooked & crumbled. Add to the bread cube mixture. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add the egg and mix well. Put mixture in a large casserole dish and bake in oven at 325º for about 45 - 60 minutes. The top should begin to brown and get crusty. Be careful to not over cook.

Personal Notes:
This stuffing can be put into the turkey, if you prefer to cook it that way.
