Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 can Hershey choc syrup
1 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter eggs and sugar. Add other ingredients. Put in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes and check if done.

Frosting:

1 1/3 cup sugar
6 TBSP milk
6 TBSP butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Boil sugar, milk, and butter for 1 minute add chocolate chips and beat until spreading consistency.

Spread onto brownies
