3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup cold water
5 TBSP cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add sugar to eggs, beating continuously. Add water and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients(very important). Fold quickly into egg mixture. Put into greased pan lined with greased wax paper. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Turn out on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll up with the towel until cool. Unroll and fill softened ice cream. Reroll without the towel and freeze.
