1 lb butter
1 lb sugar
1 lb flour
1 qt pecans
6 eggs
1 t baking powder
2 oz lemon flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beat after each one. Pour in tube pan or loaf pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325, then turn oven to 350 and bake for 1 hour.
