1/2 c raw cashews
1/2 c almond flour
1 c packed pitted dates (soaked in warm water first)
2/3 c unsweetened fine coconut
2 T fresh lime juice
1 t fresh grated lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the cashews in a food processor and mix until mostly broken down. Add almond flour.
2. Add the dates and process until a dough forms.
3. Add the coconut and lime and process until well mixed.
4. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
