3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1 TBSP cornstarch
1 (3oz) pkg. strawberry jello
2 cups fresh strawberries, cut up
1 baked pie crust
1 (8oz) carton cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar, water, and cornstarch in saucepan and cook until clear and thick, about 2 minutes. Add jello and stir until dissolved. Cool completely. Pour over strawberries in baked pie crust. Spread Cool Whip on top when cooled. Refrigerate.
