12 slices bacon
2 blocks cream cheese
softened at room temperature
3 cups mayonnaise
8 oz. Monterey Jack or
Swiss cheese shredded
2 green onions sliced
1 sleeve Ritz cracker
crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and set
aside to cool, then crumble.
Blend together the cream
cheese and mayonnaise.
Fold in shredded cheese and
green onions and spread in
a microwave safe dish.
Combine crumbled bacon
and cracker crumbs and
sprinkle on top. Microwave
on high 2-3 minutes, depend-
ing on microwave wattage.
Serve with tortilla chips,
crackers or corn chips. -
