4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sifted flour
1/4 cup dry cocoa
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

COFFEE CREAM:

2 cups cream for whipping
1/4 cup confectionary sugar
4 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate curls

Preheat oven to 350º

Beat eggs in a medium bowl; beatin sugar gradually, until mixture is thick; stir in vanilla.

Sift dry ingredients together & fold in.

Pour into a greased & waxed paper lined 15 x 10" jelly roll pan

Bake for 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed.

Turn cake out onto a clean towel prinkled with sugarl peel off paper.

Roll up cake , wrap in a towel, then cool.

Beat cream with sugar, coffee & vanilla until stiff in a large bowl.

Unroll cake carefully; spread evenly with half of the cream mixture then reroll.

Frost with rhe remainingcream mixture; sprinklw with chocolate curls

Chill roll 1 hour or until serving time. Slice crosswise into 1" thick slices.
