Ingredients:
6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

¾ teaspoon white wine vinegar

pinch of salt and pepper, optional

dash smoked paprika, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs in half, length wise

Arrange egg whites cut side up. Put egg yolks in small mixing bowls.

Mash yolks with a fork and mix in mayo, mustard and vinegar. Mash and stir all ingredients well.

Spoon a little bit of the mixture into each egg white half, trying to spread out evenly. Sprinke eggs with paprika, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

* Mixture may be piped into the eggs using a pastry bag instead of using a spoon. If you do not have white wine vinegar, any vinegar will work. The same for smoked paprika, regular paprika is fine.
