Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This cake gets better each day! It is so yummy! It was one of my Dad's favorite cakes! The reason it is named Jim Winters cake is b/c Jim brought it to the deer lease one year, and when my dad got home, he told my mom to get the recipe of the chocolate cake that Jim had brought. My mom called Jim's wife, and she was confused....she hadn't made a chocolate cake....it was this cake....my dad thought it was chocolate! So we started calling it Jim Winters cake and the name stuck!
