2-8 oz pkg cream cheese
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large jar diced pimento, drained
1-6oz jar Spanish olives, drained (sliced with pimento—use 10oz jar)
1-3 T mayo
1heaping tsp. Texas Pete or more

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese come to room temperature. Add other ingredients and mix well.
