Preheat oven to 250º

Thick Butterfly pork chops

Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Flour or Bisquick

Dash of Pepper

About half a stick of butter or more depending on the number of pork chops

Stove top skillet

Baking Dish

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with seasoned salt and pepper

Dip the pork chops in flour, then brown in skillet with butter. Place pork chops in baking dish.

Bake in oven for 4 hours. Before serving, make gravy from drippings and sprinkled flour or cornstarch
