Kale leaves
olive oil
Nutritional yeast
Lowry's seasoning salt

Directions:

Strip leaves off big stems. Spread kale evenly on a large cookie sheet. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. I use canola oil as it is lighter. Toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast to taste. Toss again. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Toss again. Bake at 350º for 9 minutes. Toss part way through for more even bake. You can sprinkle a little sea salt on at the end if you wish.
