1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
couple garlic cloves
2 cups left over ham
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 pound macaroni
1 - 1+1/3 pounds cubed cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Simmer onions, peppers & garlic until tender

Grind up ham & add to mixture. Sizzle a while then add tomatoes with a little water

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain then add to meat mixture

Add cubed up cheese & stir together

Put into oven & cook 20 -30 minutes or until bubbly
inutes
