1 pound bulk pork sausage

1 small onion, chopped

½ cup chopped green pepper

3 medium tomatoes, chopped

1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, cubed

2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream

1 bag tortillas, or crackers or chips for dipping


Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pick and drain fat.

Stir in chilies and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add cream cheese and stir till melted. Stir in sour cream and heat through.

Transfer to a dish for serving. A fondue pot is good as it keeps the dip warm.

Serve with tortila chips or any chips or bread.
