Preparing the dough
1. To the bowl of your stand mixer, add in all the ingredients and once it starts forming adobo need it for eight minutes.
You can also choose to need my hand that would just take a little bit longer to need to do.mmmmmm
Proofing:
Find the base of the Insta pot with parchment paper, transfer the dough, brush some oil on top so it does not dry out. Close the lid. Choose Yogart Setting. Set the timer for 15 minutes. If you do not have an Insta pot, simply while the bowl in which you needed the dough. Put the prepared though into it cover with a detail improve for 30 minutes
Knockback and shake the dose:
Once proofed, take the dough on your countertop and punch it down several times to release the air bubbles. Divide the dough into six portions. Tuck the sides of each round shape to the bottom and give it a round shape and set aside. Similarly shape all the portions and keep it covered with a detail. Take one round at a time, poke your finger to the through the center of the dough until you see the finger on the other side. Then use two fingers to widen the dough to 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter to get a hole in the center of the demo set aside and shake the remaining rounds to. Cover with a tea towel and allow it for an intermediate proofing for 15 minutes
Boiling the bagel:
Fill the Insta pot with 3 to 4 cups of water. Select the sauté mode and bring the water to a rolling boil. Add the bagels one at a time leaving enough space for them to expand as well. So at a time drop to bagel does. Cook for a minute then turn to the bagel though using a slotted spoon and cook the other side for one minute as well. Take it out on a wire rack, placing the same side or not so good side down and let it drain completely.
Stove top version: simply bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Depending upon the size of the pot boil 2 to 3 bagel those out a time for a one minute on each side. And then drain on wire rack.
Baking:
One strain place the bagels on a baking tray that has been prepared with parchment paper.Brush the top with some milk. Alternately an egg wash can we also use. Sprinkle seats of your choice. Phil a baking pan with hot water use for boiling the bagels and place it in the bottom rack of the oven. This would create steam to develop the crusty top of the bagels. Take the bagels in the middle wrapped in a preheated oven at 220°C or 428ºF for 14 to 18 minutes
