3 T flour
3 T butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 2/3 c milk
1/2 c frozen peas
1/3 c Parmesan cheese
1/3 c mayonnaise
3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 c cut-up turkey or chicken

Optional: biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat flour, butter, salt, pepper, milk and peas to boiling in 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heaat.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat over medium heat; stirring constantly, until turkey is hot.

Serve with biscuits, bread or toast.
