1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 TB sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
rind of a large lemon
1 cup sugar
5 large eggs
3 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1+1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 TB sugar

Preheat oven to350º.

Combine crumbs, 3 TB sugar & cinnamon.

Melt 1/3 cup butter then mix with above mixture

Butter springform pan. Press crumbs on bottom & sides

Cream cheese & rind on medium speed until creamy.
Add 1 cup sugar, salt & eggs.Blend well - scraping sides of bowl often - on mediumspeed for about 10 minutes.or until smooth & lemon color.

Pour into crumb lined pan. Place in center of oven & bake 45 minutes or it sets all across the top.

Remove from oven & set on a rack for 20 minutes.

Using a spoon, beat sour cream, 2 TB sugar& vanilla for 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over cake & return to oven for 10 more minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool on rack the place in refrigerator with cloth over the top.
