2 pounds of squash, sliced or diced
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 TB butter
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded carrots
1 - 8 oz bag of herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Trim squash, wash & slice.

Saute in butter with onions om low heat until tender.

Combine remaining ingredients (except stuffing) & fold into squash & onions.

Melt butter & mix with stuffing then press into bottom of 12 x 7 pan.

Spoon mixture on top

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown

Garnish with paprika &/or parsley
