"Air" means buttery and salty

1/2 c. of yellow or white popcorn
3 tsp. of real butter
salt to taste

Cook popcorn using an air popper. (use provided cup to measure the kernels) Melt 3 tbsp. of real butter, NOT margarine! Lightly pour melted butter over cooked popcorn a little at a time, adding salt in between pours and shaking. Continue this process until all butter is gone.

We love "hoggin' it" on popcorn at the Hardt House. It is often eaten as a Sunday dinner, accompanied with fruit, (a tradition passed on by my parents!) Although we use an air popper this popcorn is not low fat! However, you can make it more heathy by adding less or no butter and reducing the amount of salt.
