Ingredients:  
2 egg whites
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 TB water
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, into top of a double boiler

Cook rapidly over boiling water, beating with rotary beater until mixture stands in peaks.

remove from heat.

Add 1 tsp vanilla

Continue beating until thick enough to spread
