2 TB butter, divided
4 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts (about one pound)
1 cup cut up broccoli
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, in 1 TB butter, cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.Remove from heat & keep warm

In same skillet, with remaining butter cook broccoli, carrots & mushrooms about 5 minutes. Stir in soup & milk & pepper. Heat to boiling.

Return chicken to skillet & reduce heat to low & simmer until chicken is tender
