Chicken Pasta Recipe

2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 pound chicken breasts, skinned & cut into strips
1+1/2 cup broccoli
3/4 cup sundried tomatoes in oil
1 tsp basil
1/4 cup wine(white)
3/4 cup chicken broth
pinch of red pepper flakes
1 TB butter

Cook half a pound of bow tie pasta according to package directions

Brown chicken strips in oil. cook until no longer pink.

Push meat aside, add broccoli & all the remaining ingredients.

Put on cover & simmer until meat & broccoli is tender

Stir in pasta & serve immediately
