5+1/2 cups flour
2 pkg rapid rise yeast
1 TB sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups milk
cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, & soda.

Heat liquids until warm - 120º to 130º. Add to dry mixture & beat well.

Stir in enough more flour to make a stiff batter.

Spoon into 2 - 8 x 4 " pans that have been greased & sprinkled with cornmeal.

Cover & let rise in a warm place.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from pans immediately
